Cancellation Policy
Clients are charged a 100% cancellation fee for no shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, or who arrive more than 15 minutes late without communicating with me. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late will still be charged for the full booked service even we had to forgo some or all of it due to time constraints. Thank you for your understanding.
